CareUP app for iPhone and iPad

The careUP service consists of an electronic health record adapter deployed throughout the European Union, which provides the patient and medical professionals with the medical records necessary to receive adequate health care regardless of the language and place. Additionally, the careUP service is a health data collector, generated by the interaction with external healthcare providers or generated by the patient, either manually or via the Internet of Things (IoT), which may be of relevance for the patients medical record.
The initial focus of careUP is type 2 diabetes patients although the proposed solution can be used to other diseases and other areas, not only European but global, because it has a direct impact worldwide. The service has the architecture that allows integration using standard interfaces and available libraries, although alternative solutions will also be used to translate and transcode to minimize risks of delayed implementations and deployments.
